LON A. JENKINS
Lon A. Jenkins was appointed by the United States Department of Justice to serve as the Chapter 13 Trustee for the District of Utah in 2015. The Chapter 13 Trustee performs many duties including ensuring Chapter 13 plans comply with bankruptcy laws and administering plans once approved by the court.
